🎯 About You
- Experience in sales administration or internal sales is ideal
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
- Comfortable managing client relationships and handling enquiries
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems or sales platforms
- Ability to balance administration with commercial outcomes
💼 The Role
- Manage inbound client enquiries via phone and email
- Support the BDM and sales team with internal sales activity
- Assist with renewals, training compliance, and client retention
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base
- Manage administrative processes, including enrolments, invoicing, and accounts receivable support
- Ensure follow-ups are completed, and client data is kept up to date
