What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and loyalty
  • Guide customers over the phone through life insurance applications with accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct tele-underwriting calls to gather important risk-related information
  • Process new business applications, onboarding, and servicing requests efficiently and compliantly
  • Collaborate with key teams including Underwriting, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Service
  • Suggest improvements to processes and service delivery to support ongoing growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or life insurance administration(financial services experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
  • Ability to stay organised and accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset that aligns with company values
