- Territory: Melbourne (Metro VIC focus)
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Uncapped Commissions + Car Allowance (OTE: $150k in your first year!)

WOW Recruitment is looking for a field-based Sales Representative to join our Melbourne team and drive growth across metro VIC. You’ll be representing our clients highly sought-after heat pumps and energy efficiency products – trusted solutions that practically sell themselves.

This role is perfect for a driven sales person who thrives on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our marketing team (who generate warm leads through the VEU program), while also driving your own pipeline of new business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow accounts across metro VIC (occasional regional travel required).
- Work warm VEU program leads – no cold calling.
- Build strong relationships through face-to-face meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate installations and liaise with admin and operations teams.
- Hunt for new business and proactively create your own opportunities.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing insights and supporting peers.
- A motivated mindset – driven, and energised by results.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust.
- Comfortable working autonomously, while still thriving in a small, supportive team.
- Resilient, motivated, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or ecosystem sales (highly desirable).
- Benefit from an uncapped commission structure and car allowance!
- Clear progression pathways into senior sales or leadership (our National Sales Manager started in this very role!).
