- At least 1 year in an SDR or phone-based sales role; full sales cycle experience is a strong advantage
- Consistent history of hitting and exceeding daily and monthly KPIs
- Strong communicator with sharp objection-handling skills
- Driven, competitive, and ready to level up in your sales career
- Able to consistently perform in fast-paced, high-energy environments with constant feedback
- Tech sales or quick sales-cycle experience is a bonus
🔧 The role:
- Manage a daily outbound call to warm and cold leads, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Hit KPIs across activity, quality conversations, and closed deals
- Identify customer needs, personalise your pitch, handle objections confidently, and refine your approach constantly
- Spot new opportunities and close quickly in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce
