💼 The role
- Manage a high volume of warm and hot inbound enquiries only
- Convert leads into sales, managing the full sales cycle
- Own the full sales process from initial call to close
- Confidently close deals with speed and efficiency
- Manage and prioritise a constant pipeline of opportunities
- Attend occasional face-to-face meetings when required
- Work in fats paced and with a fast-paced and high-performing sales team
🎯 Candidate profile
- 2+ years’ experience in a phone-based, full-cycle sales role
- Confident, resilient communicator who builds rapport quickly over the phone
- Strong closing ability with natural negotiation instincts
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced sales environment
- Able to think fast, adapt quickly, and work autonomously
- Team-first mindset with a genuinely positive attitude
- Entrepreneurial approach with strong accountability
