With a national footprint and hundreds of employees across ANZ, the business plays a critical role in supporting music creators while working closely with thousands of Australian businesses that use music every day.
Currently celebrating a major milestone year, the organisation is evolving its commercial function and building a stronger, high-performance sales culture within one of its key licensing divisions.
Location: Ultimo (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 WFH) Salary: $70-75,000 Base + Super + Quarterly Bonus Sector: Music / Licensing / Sales
🔧 The Role:
- Proactively contact warm leads via phone and email, following a structured 3-week cadence to convert prospects into licensed customers.
- Managing daily call KPIs and monthly performance targets within a high-volume sales environment.
- Build rapport quickly, understand each business’s music usage, and provide tailored licensing solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups, and ensure the timely progression of all leads.
- Work closely with analytics, onboarding and resolution teams to ensure smooth customer activation and issue management.
🎯 About You:
- Phone-First Sales Experience: 6–24 months in a call centre, telesales, real estate, fundraising, or face-to-face sales role.
- Resilient & Thick-Skinned: You’re comfortable handling objections and rejection without losing momentum.
- Target-Driven: You thrive in KPI environments and are motivated by hitting (and exceeding) monthly numbers.
