This role is based in the heart of Sydney CBD. You’ll focus on finding new business opportunities, managing the full sales process through outbound calls, and working closely with the team to hit monthly goals.
- $75k + Super + OTE $130- 140k First year (Uncapped)

🎯 About You:
- Previous experience in Tech, Fintech, or B2B sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
- Motivated to build a career in sales
- Able to work independently and stay driven
🔧 In This Role You Will:
- Make daily outbound calls, qualify leads, and turn them into new clients
- Meet monthly sales targets within a short sales cycle
- Understand client needs and offer the right solutions
- Find new sales opportunities and manage client negotiations
- Use Salesforce to record and track your sales activity
