You will be responsible for managing high volumes of warm and hot inbound enquiries only, with a strong focus on phone-based sales. No cold calling — just quality conversations with motivated buyers.
The Role
- Handle a high volume of inbound enquiries
- Convert hot and warm leads into confirmed sales
- Close deals confidently and efficiently
- Manage and prioritise a constant pipeline of opportunities
- Attend occasional face-to-face meetings where required
- Work closely with a tight knit, fast-paced, high-performing team
You will bring
- 2 + years in a phone based sales role
- Natural confidence, resilience and great at building rapport over the phone
- Strong closing instincts and negotiation skills
- The ability to think fast, adapt quickly and work independently
- A team-first mindset with a genuinely positive attitude
- Comfort working in a busy environment
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine team-first approach
