WOW Recruitment is looking for a Sales Manager to step into a high-performance sales leadership role with one of Australia’s fastest-growing business growth organisations. Salary: $150k Base plus Super OTE $200K

As Sales Manager, you’ll own the revenue engine. You’ll lead, coach, and elevate a driven sales team while managing pipeline performance, optimising processes, and driving results through HubSpot, metrics, and accountability. This is a hands-on role where you review calls, analyse activity, and personally activate new revenue opportunities.


🎯 About You:

  • Proven experience as a high-performance sales leader, coaching and leading from the front.
  • Strong ability to break down calls and deliver actionable feedback that drives immediate uplift.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven, able to translate data into decisive action and commercial outcomes.
  • Commercially proactive, confident, stepping into key sales conversations and activating revenue opportunities.
  • Strong operator in CRM systems; experience with  HubSpot essential;  expertise in pipeline optimisation.
  • Skilled in building workflows, automations, and dashboards to maximise efficiency and team performance.

🔧 The Role:
  • Own the daily performance of the sales function, ensuring world-class execution.
  • Review calls and Zoom consultations, delivering structured coaching to improve qualification, conversion, and objection handling.
  • Personally re-engage high-value prospects to accelerate conversions and unlock stalled opportunities.
  • Analyse daily metrics (lead flow, booking rates, show-up rates, conversion) and translate insights into tactical improvements.
  • Optimise HubSpot CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards to streamline the sales engine.
  • Set and enforce KPIs for Setters and Closers, driving accountability and high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with external coaches and consultants to implement best practices and measurable uplift.
