🚀 Sales Manager – Fast-Growth Machinery Business

Location:  Zetland, Sydney
Salary:  $150K+ Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions (OTE $200K+ expected)
Employment Type:  Full-Time, 5 days in-office

They specialise in commercial machinery for the hospitality sector, supplying high-volume franchises and premium hospitality groups. With multi-million-dollar annual revenue and a strong inbound lead flow, this is a company in the midst of a significant growth phase, looking to take the business to the next level.

You’ll be joining a small but high-performing team, in an environment where energy, initiative, and commercial thinking are valued over corporate structure.

The Role

As the Sales Manager, you’ll drive growth across national and international accounts while leading and inspiring a sales team. You will manage key accounts, close high-value deals, and implement sales strategies to build a proactive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Drive national and international sales growth
  • Manage and close large-scale, high-value deals (7–8 figure opportunities)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and KPIs
  • Build a self-sufficient, proactive sales team
  • Prospect new business across hospitality venues, franchises, and cafes
  • Maintain a high-energy culture and transform challenges into opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience managing, mentoring, and growing a sales team
  • Proven success in hospitality sales or commercial machinery
  • Experience managing key accounts, franchises, or high-volume clients
  • Track record selling high-value equipment and handling large rollout deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilient under pressure
  • High-energy, motivating presence – able to inspire a team
  • Proactive hunter, able to generate your own pipeline
  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude
