WOW Recruitment is seeking a Senior Assistant Accountant for one of Australia’s fastest-growing national warehouse companies. This is a hands-on, systems-focused finance role where structure, accuracy, and ownership are key.

The Role
- Prepare and reconcile month-end accounts and deliver clear management reports.
- Manage AR and AP functions, ensuring accuracy and strong cashflow.
- Manage reconciliations, reporting, and compliance
- Maintain finance schedules, fixed assets, and insurance records.
- Support the new ERP implementation — testing, data migration, and SOP documentation.
- Partner with Operations, Projects, and Sales to align costs and billing accuracy.
About You
- 5+ years in a Senior Assistant Accountant or Financial Accountant role.
- Strong technical accounting across AP, AR, journals, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel and Xero skills; ERP/automation experience.
- Detail-focused, analytical, and process-minded with great communication skills
