We’re looking for a Service Delivery Technician to join their close-knit Service Delivery team. This is the last line of defence for customer issues - when their Help Desk and Customer Service teams can’t resolve a problem, you step in.
Whether it’s troubleshooting EFTPOS terminals, installing new systems, or finding outside-the-box solutions on-site, you’ll make sure their customers can take payments without interruption.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the final escalation point for unresolved technical issues.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting EFTPOS terminals and POS integrations.
- Visiting customers on-site to solve problems - sometimes in creative ways (yes, that includes picking up a modem if that’s what it takes!).
- Producing guides, documentation, and testing new integration software.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with customers through responsive and reliable support.
- Ensuring merchants are always able to take payments - solving problems by any means necessary.
About you
You’re practical, resourceful, and enjoy thinking on your feet. You’ll have strong technical know-how and love the satisfaction of helping a customer get back on track.
- 3–5 years’ experience in technical support, IT field service, or troubleshooting roles.
- Good knowledge of networking, connectivity, and POS/EFTPOS systems.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt and create practical solutions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable travelling across metro and regional locations as required.
- A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
