The Opportunity

Are you the person the shop floor turns to when a RIP software glitche occurs? Do you have a reputation for flawless vehicle wraps or architectural finishes?

Our client is a global leader in the graphics and signage distribution space. They don’t just sell products; they set the industry standard. We are looking for a technical "guru" to take full ownership of their Australian training and application department.

This isn't just a technical role—it’s a career-defining move into a strategic position where you will influence how the industry operates across the APAC region.

What’s in it for You?
  • A competitive base salary tailored to your experience, plus a car allowance and a Bonus that rewards your impact.
  • Fully equipped with the latest tech and hardware to ensure you can deliver world-class training.
  • Be part of a highly respected global network with genuine opportunities for professional development.
  • Join an experienced, passinate, hard working team with drive, motivation and a zest for fun

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and deliver high-impact workshops, certifications, and hands-on demonstrations across Australia.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on wide format digital printing, workflow software (Onyx/Caldera), and lamination best practices.
  • Show, don’t just tell. You’ll be applying everything from window and wall graphics to complex architectural finishes.
  • Take an organised approach to creating new training content and learning pathways that keep customers ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure training aligns with market trends and drives customer loyalty.

Who You Are

  • You likely have a background in signage, print, or graphics and have "lived" on the production floor.
  • You are highly proficient with RIP and workflow software and understand the nuances of colour management.
  • You are comfortable presenting to a room of professionals, whether it's a small workshop or a large industry event.
  • You can manage a national travel schedule and your own training assets without being micro-managed.
  • You enjoy getting out of the office and are happy to travel frequently across Australia to support the customer base.

Apply Today If you are ready to move into a role that combines your technical mastery with professional training, we want to hear from you.

Please note: Only candidates with the right to work in Australia and a valid driver's licence will be considered.
