Position: Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive is a hands-on role responsible for executing various marketing activities and campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales objectives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, they contribute to the daily operations of the marketing department and help bring marketing strategies to life.


Day to day, a Marketing Executive coordinates marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, assists with content creation, manages social media updates, analyses campaign performance, and supports event organisation. They are highly organised, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic marketing team. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, print). 
  • Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and marketing collateral. 
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities. 
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, analysing data to provide insights. 
  • Support the organisation of events, webinars, and trade shows. 
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers as required. 
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems. 
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and overall strategy. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Marketing Executive or Marketing Coordinator. 
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good copywriting ability. 
  • Strong organisational and project management skills. 
  • Ability to analyse data and generate basic reports. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing automation or CRM software is a plus. 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
