Position: National Contact Centre Manager
Contact Centre Managers work in a fast-paced area of business and are expected to ensure the operations of the contact centre are delivered. This is a role that is ever-changing and highly challenging.
Contact Centre Managers will ensure professional customer service, deal with disciplinary issues and escalated enquiries and implement the right strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of customer service or call centre agents.
- Overseeing the performance of customer service and sales team members.
- Running team meetings.
- Implementing process improvements.
- Responding to and resolving all escalated queries.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 Years of experience in a Contact Centre Manager Role, ideally.
- Have an in depth understanding of Contact Centre Operations & Systems.
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
