Position: Senior Marketing Manager
The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. They manage a team of marketing professionals, oversee key marketing channels, and are accountable for delivering measurable results aligned with business objectives.
Day to day, a Senior Marketing Manager leads campaign development, manages significant marketing budgets, oversees digital and traditional marketing efforts, analyses market trends, and mentors junior team members. They are highly analytical, results-oriented, and adept at translating strategic vision into impactful marketing programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and performance.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Analyse marketing performance data, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure marketing alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Drive brand building initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Identify emerging marketing trends and technologies for potential adoption.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive proven experience (7-10+ years) as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Superior budget management and financial acumen.
