With more than 14 years of experience in the service sector, Eydie is known for her ability to translate strategy into high-performance systems that elevate both business outcomes and customer experience.
As General Manager, Eydie brings a powerful blend of commercial insight and operational discipline. Her leadership ensures WOW functions as a seamless, client-centric organisation where service quality, internal culture, and business performance are consistently aligned. From refining client delivery frameworks to optimising team structures, she is deeply involved in shaping the infrastructure that powers WOW’s success.
Eydie’s career has spanned some of Australia’s largest organisations, including Macquarie Group, NSW Department of Customer Service, Westpac Group, Johnson & Johnson, and EML Payments. Prior to joining WOW, she spent nearly seven years at Maximus International, leading large-scale business transformation projects and building deep expertise in organisational change and executional excellence.
Known for her obsession with detail and high standards, Eydie is a natural integrator – bringing together people, process and purpose to deliver sustainable growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in WOW’s evolution into a business that not only performs but leads with integrity and innovation.
