With over a decade of finance experience, Malwina brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to WOW’s finance team. Her role spans financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong focus on streamlining processes and using data-driven insights to drive efficiency and growth. Having started her career in the corporate world before moving into recruitment finance over 12 years ago, she has never looked back. Valuing the close-knit and collaborative environment that allows her to make a direct impact on both the company and team’s success.
At WOW, Malwina is excited to lead improvements on the financial front, reshaping and simplifying processes to support the business executing on the strategy. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and direct, transparent communication style, she ensures that finance is not just about numbers but about enabling smarter decisions and building a stronger foundation for growth. Outside of work, Malwina enjoys switching off from spreadsheets with a good crime or drama novel and spending time outdoors with her kids. She brings both focus and warmth to her role, balancing technical expertise with a genuine passion for collaboration and shared success.
