Position: CRM Specialist

A CRM Specialist manages and optimises CRM systems to support customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain CRM platforms

  • Manage data quality, reporting, and segmentation

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis
