🔧 The Role:
- Own Client Relationships: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building trust and ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Manage Fast-Moving Projects: Coordinate multiple marketing campaigns, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across internal creative, compliance, and technical teams.
- Drive Campaign Delivery: Support the rollout of advertising campaigns and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring all assets meet strict brand and compliance guidelines.
- Lead Client Communication: Run weekly client meetings, provide project updates, manage expectations, and confidently communicate solutions in a professional and proactive way.
- Become a SaaS Expert: Develop deep platform knowledge and work closely with clients to improve workflows, solve challenges, and optimise campaign performance.
