Sydney | Hybrid (2 Days in Office) | High-Growth Digital Media Business

Our client is a fast-growing  digital advertising business  with a national footprint and ambitious expansion plans.

With a rapidly expanding network and strong traction across the independent agency market, the business partners with agencies and direct brands to deliver high-impact media campaigns.

As they continue to scale, they are now looking to hire an  Account Executive  to help drive revenue and unlock further growth.

The Role

This is a commercially driven  Account Executive role  focused on generating and converting revenue across both outbound activity and existing contacts.

There is an established CRM of agency and brand contacts, however these are not active inbound leads. Success in this role will come from  proactively engaging independent agencies, reactivating conversations, creating new opportunities, and converting briefs into booked campaigns.

You will have  full ownership of your pipeline and revenue, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who wants a high-impact, sales-first role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to  independent media agencies  to generate new opportunities
  • Work and convert an existing CRM of agency and brand contacts
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Respond to briefs and drive consistent follow-up to close campaigns

About You

You are a proactive, commercially driven salesperson who enjoys both  creating opportunities and closing them, and is looking for greater ownership over pipeline and earnings.

Experience

  • Background in  media sales (agency or publisher side)
  • Proven ability to  win and close new business
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Confident in outbound outreach and agency engagement

What’s on Offer

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super
  • Commission:  Uncapped, with short sales cycles (~6–8 weeks)
