WOW Recruitment are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for a short-term temp assignment with our client in the hospitality/supply chain industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and support the finance team during a period of leave cover.
Our client is an innovative platform connecting suppliers with pubs and venues, offering a unique and dynamic AR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on outstanding debtor accounts, with a focus on 60+ day balances
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely collections
- Work through account queries, including credit notes and reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support general AR processes to ensure continuity during leave cover
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Control
- Confident managing aged debtors and chasing payments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to quickly pick up systems and processes
