About the Role
Working remotely, you will engage with customers who have expressed interest, qualify their interest and coordinate appointments for the team's experienced Sales Consultants. Scripts and processes are provided, however the business values natural conversation and authentic relationship building over heavily scripted interactions! Be yourself and make it your own.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up inbound leads
- Qualify prospective customers over the phone
- Book appointments for the sales team
- Manage and update information in Excel
- Conduct engaging conversations
- Build rapport and maintain positive customer experiences
- Previous sales, phone based customer service, appointment setting or call centre experience is desirable
- Fluent English speaking (C1 / C2 Level), confident and engaging phone manner
- Comfortable spending your day on the phone
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Hungry! Driven by results and earning potential
- Brings energy, personality and a positive attitude to every conversation (aka you have a bit of pizazz about you 🤩)
- Must have own laptop and phone if working fully remote
- Must have working rights and be based in Australia to apply
