Salary:$120K – $150K Base + Super + Uncapped Commission + Company Car
Working Model: Field-Based + 2 Days in Office (Somersby)
Industry: Plumbing / Trade Services (on the tools or closely aligned)
Experience: Proven track record selling into strata, property management, or commercial environments (essential)
The Opportunity
This is a targeted hire for an experienced BDM who understands the trade services, plumbing, or construction space.
You’ll be joining a growing business that already delivers consistent job volume and is now focused on expanding into strata, facilities management, and commercial contracts.
This role is about winning new business in markets you already know - leveraging your existing relationships and industry knowledge to build a strong, repeatable pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business across strata, facilities management, builders, and commercial clients
- Leveraging your existing network to generate opportunities quickly
- Building long-term relationships with property managers, facilities teams, and site managers
- Conducting site visits, scoping works, and supporting quoting
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Working closely with the owner to identify and target key growth areas
- High level of autonomy – build your own territory your way
- Opportunity to capitalise on your existing industry relationships
