The Opportunity
WOW Recruitment are partnered with an experiential agency that has officially landed in Melbourne. This isn't a start from scratch mission. They already have a brilliant Director on the ground and some of their biggest global clients are based right here.

What they need is a Business Development Manager who knows the Melbourne landscape. They aren't looking for high-volume "closers" - they need a strategic partner who understands that in the world of high-value experiential activations, rapport and timing are everything.

What You'll Be Doing
  • You’ll be the face of the agency expansion in Melbourne, leveraging your existing network and building new, genuine relationships with Heads of Marketing and Brand Directors.
  • You’ll lead a pipeline of high-value opportunities (ranging from $100k to $millions), managing the nuances of long-cycle sales
  • You’ll collaborate with their Sydney-based strategy and creative teams to ensure that when you walk into a room, you're bringing the "secret weapon" strategy that defines their current success.
  • You’ll be pitching projects for brands that define the cultural moment - from streaming giants and global pop icons to the world’s most innovative sportswear labels.
Requirements
  • You’re already landing large-scale, complex projects. You understand how to navigate corporate structures to find the real decision-makers.
  • You understand the power of physical brand experiences and can articulate the ROI of a strategy-led activation.
  • You love the "founding member" vibe of a new office but appreciate the security and resources of an established, award-winning agency.
  • You have the discipline to nurture a lead over months, knowing that the biggest wins require the most care.
The Good Stuff:
Salary: $120 - 140k + Super + a rewarding commission structure.
