Are you a motivated Business Development Manager who enjoys being on the road, meeting clients, and driving sales growth?

This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential territory across Melbourne's South East, managing existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Salary:$90,000 + Super + Bonuses + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle & Fuel Card
Location: Melbourne South East (Clayton Territory)
Working Model: Field-based with the flexibility to work from the Clayton, Croydon or Dandenong branch when needed.

The Opportunity

This is more than just another BDM role. You'll inherit an established customer base while having the autonomy to grow your territory through proactive business development. Supported by a well-known brand and experienced team, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding market share, and driving continued growth across the region.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing
  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of valued customers.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Educate customers on products, services and value propositions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Territory Management, Account Management or B2B Sales.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for winning new business.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your own territory.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
