Are you a sharp Business Support professional who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and being at the centre of a high‑performing corporate environment?

WOW Recruitment is seeking a Business Support Officer to join a well‑established growth investment organisation supporting Australian businesses. This is a permanent role based in the Sydney CBD, offering exposure across executive support, office operations and People & Culture.

About the role
  • This is a broad, hands‑on support role where you’ll work across Office Management, People & Culture, and wider team support.
  • You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, helping create a smooth, productive environment while contributing to people initiatives, onboarding and projects. Over time, the role has scope to grow further into the People & Culture function.
  • This role suits someone who is smart, anticipatory, and driven, with a genuine interest in building a long‑term career.
What you will be doing
  • Providing light touch EA support including calendar management, meetings and travel
  • Managing day‑to‑day office operations and being the main support contact
  • Supporting People & Culture activities (onboarding, surveys, psychometric testing)
  • Assisting with preparation of leadership materials
  • Supporting Investment team activity and welcoming guests
  • Ensuring systems, documentation and processes are accurate and up to date
What you bring
  • Experience in Executive Assistance, Office Management, Team Coordinator or similar corporate roles
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a professional environment with administrative tasks
  • A proactive, ownership‑based mindset, you spot issues before they arise
  • Ambition to grow and develop within the organisation
