The Role:
This is a hands-on Client Manager / Senior Accountant role within a client-focused accounting firm. You will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients end-to-end
- Delivering full compliance and value-added advisory services
- Reviewing financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Providing recommendations to improve client financial performance
- Reviewing management reporting packs and leading regular client meetings
- Identifying and resolving complex accounting and tax issues
- Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards and legislation
- Managing workflow, budgets, and deadlines across your portfolio
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff
Who We’re Looking For:
- CA/CPA qualified or currently studying
- Previous experience in a Client Manager or Senior Accountant role
- Strong technical knowledge across tax, compliance, and advisory
- Ability to manage client relationships independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or supervising team members
- Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused
