Due to continued growth, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join the team in their Alexandria office.

The Role
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM.
- Recommend suitable product solutions and assist with accurate order placement.
- Provide clear product information and support to end users.
- Coordinate product returns with dealers, freight providers, and internal teams.
- Process sales orders, order confirmations, and invoicing.
- Review orders for accuracy, stock availability, and backorders.
- Maintain order automation systems and support warehouse dispatch.
- Complete general admin and reporting as required.
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a phone-based customer service role.
- Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with order processing systems.
- Logistics or supply chain experience desirable.
