🧩 Your Day-to-Day
You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM
- Provide expert advice and recommend tailored product solutions
- Process sales orders, confirmations, and invoicing with accuracy
- Coordinate returns with dealers, freight partners, and internal teams
- Review orders for stock availability and backorders
- Support order automation and warehouse dispatch operations
- Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a phone-based customer service role
- Experience with order processing systems
- Full Australian work rights
- A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Logistics or supply chain experience (a bonus, not essential)
