The Role:
- Act as the face and voice of the branch, qualifying inbound calls and emails from plumbers, contractors, and architects.
- Accurately enter orders into an ERP system (Pronto).
- Manage freight and couriers for customer deliveries or liaise with clients to coordinate their own collections.
- Monitor stock levels and raise transfers from interstate or overseas, coordinating arrival via sea or air.
- Work closely with the Office Manager and internal sales team to provide availability, lead times, and product information.
- Think on your feet to resolve delivery issues or stock shortages, ensuring the customer’s project stays on track.
About You:
- We're looking for someone who has 1-2 years in a face to face customer service and/or call centre role
- You love to archive and manage your inbox with high efficiency.
- You have a great phone manner.
- You're a quick learner with ERP system.
