About the Role
- Building relationships with hospitality customers including hotels, pubs, and regional venues
- Handling inbound enquiries, quotes, and order requests
- Maintaining accurate customer records and interaction notes in internal systems
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement, frequency of orders
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Experienced in a customer service, call centre, or phone-based role
- Confident building relationships and speaking with customers over the phone
- Naturally inquisitive, asking strong questions and listening effectively
- Comfortable managing a large and varied portfolio of customers
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise effectively
- Relationship-driven, with a focus on long-term customer engagement rather than transactional sales
- Hospitality industry experience is beneficial but not essential
