About You
- 2+ years in a phone-based customer support role.
- Telco or IT experience highly regarded.
- Level 2 support experience preferred.
- Confident communicating technical issues in simple terms.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
The Role
- Handle customer support enquiries across phone and digital channels.
- Manage customer activations and online orders.
- Troubleshoot service issues and own escalations end-to-end.
- Provide Level 2 support for complex queries.
- Assist with fraud prevention, audits, and compliance.
- Support and coach Level 1 team members.
- Contribute to training and process improvement.
