WOW Recruitment is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Coordinator to join a well-established legal firm and make an immediate impact. This is a fast-paced, hands-on contract where you will be at the centre of delivering digital campaigns and marketing collateral. Joining a close-knit team of 6, you will work directly with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, contribute ideas and bring the brand to life across email and design channels.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the delivery of email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
- Creating marketing collateral including brochures, pamphlets and digital assets
- Assisting with day-to-day marketing coordination and campaign execution
- Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and professional standards
- 2–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role
- Strong experience with Mailchimp campaign creation and execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, “go-getter” attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
- Experience in legal or professional services environments highly regarded
- MUST be based in Sydney and have working rights, out-of-country applicants will not be considered
