Temporary role | Fully remote, Gold Coast or Brisbane based
$45-$50 p/h + super + weekly pay
We are partnering with an outstanding creative and property development client to find a proactive, organised, and adaptable Executive Assistant for a 3-6 month contract. This is a hands-on role supporting the CEO , starting virtually with the structure expected to evolve in the new year.
About the Role
This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll support the CEO with diary management, meetings, travel coordination, correspondence, project follow-ups, and document preparation. You’ll also assist with finance and accounting administration, including invoice processing, expense tracking, budget monitoring, reconciliations, and liaising with finance partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to the CEO
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel and executive communications
- Prepare reports, presentations and executive documents
- Track projects, action items and deadlines
- Process invoices, purchase orders and expenses
- Assist with budget monitoring and reconciliations
- Support bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Ideally with experience in legal, finance or professional services (desired)
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- High attention to detail, discretion and professionalism
- Basic finance exposure, including familiarity with Xero or similar software for invoicing
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a role that may evolve in scope
- Flexible hours, minimum 3-days per week, ideally 5-days per week
- Start working from home (WFH, fully remote)
- Exposure to senior leadership in an outstanding creative and property development environment
- Opportunity to progress into a permanent role
