WOW Recruitment is partnering with a leading growth investment organisation to find an exceptional EA & Office Manager. This is a unique opportunity to support senior leadership while shaping a high functioning, positive and well run office environment.
About the role
- This is a hands on, hybrid role combining Executive Assistance and Office Management in a high performing and close knit corporate environment.
- You will support the CEO and General Counsel while also owning the day to day running of the Melbourne office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating structure and thrives in a team where culture and collaboration matter.

- Providing high level EA support to the CEO including calendar, travel and coordination
- Supporting the General Counsel with administrative and coordination support
- Managing a fast moving schedule and prioritising effectively across senior stakeholders
- Overseeing day to day office operations ensuring a well run and welcoming environment
- Coordinating key internal and external events including leadership dinners and team events
- Acting as the main point of contact for visitors, stakeholders and external partners
- Managing meeting preparation including room setup, catering and hosting
- Supporting board and senior stakeholder coordination / events where required
- Handling expenses, documents and general administrative requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant to a singular, senior staff member in a corporate environment
- Strong experience communicating and coordinating senior stakeholders or executives
- A proactive, ownership mindset you anticipate needs and act without direction
- Comfortable balancing EA responsibilities with hands on office management tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant position or similar
- 4 days per week in office, 1 day work from home (remote)
