About the Business
Our client is a fast-growing B2B business operating across Australia with a rapidly expanding international footprint. They specialise in commercial machinery for the hospitality sector, supplying high-volume franchises and premium hospitality groups.
With strong revenue growth and a high-performing sales team, the business is now investing in building out its in-house marketing capability to support the next phase of growth.
The Role
- This is a hands-on growth role responsible for driving and scaling qualified lead generation while improving funnel performance across paid and organic channels.
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely to execute and optimise campaigns, align on overall marketing strategy, and partner with the sales team to ensure marketing activity is driving real pipeline and revenue outcomes — not just leads.
- You’ll take ownership of paid acquisition, contribute to SEO growth, and improve lead quality and conversion performance across the full funnel.
- The focus is on hands-on execution, adaptability within a fast-paced environment, performance optimisation, and scaling what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and Meta Ads, with TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn where relevant
- Drive qualified inbound lead generation and improve lead quality across the funnel
- Launch, test, and optimise campaigns based on performance data and growth opportunities
- Own SEO performance across technical SEO, content optimisation, and inbound search growth
- Improve funnel performance, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency across paid and organic channels
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience in paid media (Google Ads and Meta Ads essential)
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth outcomes including lead generation, conversions, and acquisition performance
- Strong understanding of CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, and campaign optimisation
- Experience with SEO tools and platforms such as Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Commercially minded, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
