In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support with industrial deafness and hearing-related compensation claims. Through phone and Zoom consultations, you'll guide clients through the initial stages of the process, gather key information, assess eligibility, and ensure every client feels supported and informed.
Your Day-to-Day
- Conduct client consultations via phone and Zoom.
- Assess eligibility and gather detailed client information.
- Explain the claims process and guide clients through next steps.
- Manage documentation, forms and claims administration.
- Liaise with hearing service providers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM and internal system records.
- Assist with managing claims and legal-style case files.
What We're Looking For
- At least 12 months of experience in a Customer Service capacity.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confidence handling sensitive conversations.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new systems and CRM platforms.
