🎯 About You
- Experience working to KPIs and targets
- 1 – 2 years of experience in an Internal Sales role or similar
- Confident in managing and converting inbound leads
- Experience in product-based sales
- Comfortable dealing with contractors, operators, and key stakeholders
- Experience within refrigeration, commercial equipment, or a technical product is highly regarded
💼 The Role
- Qualify and manage inbound leads
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Managing customer enquiries, sales and quotes
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and availability
- Develop a solid understanding of refrigeration products and their applications
- Cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts
- Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets
- Attend trade events and client sessions when required
