WOW Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Representative with strong sales support and customer service skills. In this fast-paced, target-driven role, you will review and qualify sales leads for construction products and support the external sales team by managing administrative and customer-service tasks, keeping CRM records current, preparing quotes, following up with prospects, and coordinating with external reps.
$65k plus super and commissions

🔧 Your role
- Review and qualify leads from multiple sources; cleanse and convert raw data into actionable information.
- Identify the lead region and coordinate with the appropriate sales representative or customer.
- Maintain project files and customer information for all job-related lead data.
- Keep CRM (Microsoft Dynamics / Salesforce) up to date: enter records, set reminders, log activities and follow-ups.
- Follow up with project principals to confirm contract awards and obtain contractor details.
- Support sales reps by preparing quotations and ensuring contractors and customers are quoted.
- Search construction lead services and government sites for projects in planning, design and tender stages.
- Strong phone presence and professional stakeholder engagement

- Research, data analysis and problem-solving
- Results-driven, initiative-taking and collaborative
- 1–2 years’ related experience or training in a similar role
- Experience or exposure to customer service, internal sales or admin functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret business/technical materials
- Able to write reports and business correspondence
- Comfortable presenting information and responding to stakeholders
- Confident on the phone and persuasive with strong written skills
- Highly organised, KPI-driven and comfortable in a target-oriented environment
- Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales development is highly desirable
- Coachable, resilient with commercial awareness
