Office based in Caning Vale
 
Join an established team to filter, qualify and respond to sales leads, using strong admin and customer service skills to support sales outcomes. Be confident on the phone and via email, organised with CRM experience, and commercially aware to chase opportunities, prepare quotes, and drive follow-ups in a fast-paced, rewarding role.
 
🔧 The Role
 
  • Internal Sales Rep focused on filtering, qualifying and responding to sales leads across construction products.
  • Provide admin and customer service support to external sales teams: prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, and maintain project files.
  • Use CRM (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce) to enter and cleanse lead data, set reminders and manage tasks.
  • Search construction lead services and government sites for projects in early planning, design and tender stages.
  • Collaborate with sales reps to identify project contacts, confirm contract awards and pursue opportunities.
🎯 About you
 
  • 1–2 years’ related experience or training in internal sales, customer service, admin or similar role.
  • Confident and professional on the phone; strong written communication via email.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and CRM capability.
  • Commercially aware, able to interpret quotes/price lists and work in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • Coachable, resilient, results-driven with good research and data-analysis skills.
The role
 
  • Qualify leads, identify the region, route to the correct sales rep or customer, and actively follow up to move each lead forward.
  • Maintain accurate project files and CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics), including follow-ups, tasks and activity logging.
  • Track project progress, confirm contract awards, obtain contractor details and support the pursuit of opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and assist sales reps and customers through the quoting process, then follow up to close opportunities.
  • Research construction lead services and government sites to identify projects in planning, design and tender stages.
  • Support colleagues, report competitor activity, promote a professional image and uphold company policies.
