Senior Customer Service Specialist – Inventory & Returns
$74K + Super + Bonus

Your Day-to-Day
You’ll sit at the centre of Customer Service and Operations, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while supporting inventory and returns processes across the business:
  • Manage complex customer enquiries, particularly around stock, orders, and returns
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies impacting customer orders with 3PL partners
  • Coordinate end-to-end returns, from customer request through to warehouse processing
  • Monitor stock availability and communicate issues, delays, or solutions to customers and internal teams
  • Support stock movements and interstate transfers to improve fulfilment outcomes
  • Work closely with Customer Service, warehouses, and transport providers
  • Assist with faulty stock management and repackaging coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve returns and inventory-related CS processes
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Customer Service, with exposure to inventory, logistics, or returns
  • Strong interest in supply chain operations, particularly inventory and reverse logistics
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded) and Excel
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations in a fast-paced environment
