The 
Opportunity:  As a Junior Stockbroker, you aren't just a number in a call center. You will work directly under a Head of Desk, learning the art of client acquisition and market analysis from day one.

Your 12-Month Roadmap:

  1. Month 1-3: Master the "Hustle." Engage with our database, educate prospects, and set high-level meetings.
  2. Month 4-6: Hit your targets and transition into an Investment Manager role.
  3. Month 6+: Manage your own book of clients, execute global trades, and build recurring revenue.
  4. The Goal: Fast-track to Head of Desk, managing your own team and portfolios of $10M+.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • The Hunt: Prospecting and engaging leads from our internal database to onboard new investors.
  • The Pitch: Educating prospects on market opportunities across the ASX and global markets.
  • The Strategy: Profiling investors and prepping them for deep-dive meetings with senior brokers.
  • The Intelligence: Staying ahead of the curve on economic trends and listed company performance.
Are You the Right Fit?  We are looking for resilience and drive. If you’ve done 6–12 months in door-to-door sales, high-volume telesales, or any role where "no" didn't stop you, we want to talk to you.
  • The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is required.
  • The Skillset: You need to be a natural on the phone—confident, engaging, and persuasive.
  • The Motivation: You are competitive and genuinely motivated by a high-income, performance-based environment.
  • The Knowledge: A baseline interest in financial markets is essential, but we will teach you the rest.
