WOW Recruitment  is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading provider of innovative construction equipment solutions. We are looking for a dynamic team player committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will be representing a tier-1 industry leader. Operating across essential services, civil works, and major infrastructure sectors, with existing contracts secured across major commercial and infrastructure accounts, you aren't starting from scratch. You will have a warm portfolio to optimize, scale, and capitalize on immediately.

  • Location: Brisbane, QLD
  • Salary: $130 - 150k + Super + Car + Bonus
  • Working Model: Field-based
  • Sector: The company operates in Civil Construction, EWP, and Equipment Hire.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic account plans tailored for Key Access Hire Clients.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts.
  • Seek out and develop new business opportunities within established accounts.
  • Deliver expert knowledge of products and technical assistance to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to highlight areas requiring improvement.
  • Actively identify potential rental opportunities aligned with clients' operational needs.
  • Manage a territory by traveling to see customers across your region.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience and tenure in the construction, agriculture, or industrial equipment sectors, with Access Hire experience being particularly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the construction equipment industry and its market dynamics.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
