As the organisation enters a critical growth phase, they are seeking a Marketing Lead to build, own and scale a measurable, pipeline‑driven marketing function.
The Role
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role responsible for defining marketing strategy while also owning execution across digital channels, content and marketing operations.
You will be the most digitally capable marketer in the business, accountable for performance, attribution and pipeline impact, not just oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Own global marketing strategy, planning and execution
- Translate commercial priorities into clear, measurable marketing initiatives
- Lead and develop an initial marketing team, with further hires already planned
- Establish strong performance measurement, reporting and accountability
- Personally own and optimise LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads and SEO
- Drive high‑quality demand generation for mid‑market and enterprise sales cycles
- Track and report on campaign performance, CPL and pipeline contribution
- Partner on website optimisation and conversion performance
- Lead content strategy across insights, case studies, blogs and sales enablement
- Brief, review and quality‑control content produced internally and externally
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing, sales and event channels
- Own HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign setup, segmentation, reporting and attribution
- Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure full visibility of marketing impact
- 7+ years’ B2B marketing experience within a technology or SaaS business
- Proven hands‑on digital marketing capability, particularly LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and SEO
- Strong experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign execution and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to own end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution, not just manage agencies
- Experience leading and developing marketing team members
- Strong content strategy and production experience across multiple formats and buyer stages.
