WOW Recruitment is seeking an Office Administrator to join, a specialist law firm servicing the mining and resources sector, with high‑profile clients.
This is an initial 1–2 month temporary assignment with a pathway to permanent for the right person.
About the role
- You’ll be supporting the Sydney office and reporting directly to the Principal Lawyer, playing a key role in day‑to‑day office operations and team support.
- This role suits someone confident, professional and comfortable working alongside busy lawyers in a fast‑paced legal environment.
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to lawyers and leadership
- Ensuring general office tasks and workflows run smoothly
- Supporting the coordination of internal and external events
- Attending functions and events as required
- Helping maintain a positive office culture (organise birthdays & team building!)
- Experience in office administration / management / team coordination roles within legal, corporate or professional services
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and busy professionals
- Calm, polished communication style and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Weekly pay!
- Exposure to high‑profile mining and resources clients
