Our client is a high-growth digital entertainment business based in Alexandria, known for its collaborative culture, strong leadership, and impressive expansion journey. With a close-knit team and exciting plans ahead, they’re now looking for a part-time Office Manager to become the heartbeat of their workplace.

Reporting directly to a down-to-earth and approachable CEO, this is a unique opportunity to step into a varied role where no two days look the same — blending office operations, HR support, events, and even immigration coordination.

Why This Role?
  • Work closely with a chilled, supportive CEO who values initiative
  • Be part of a growing, high-energy business with real career progression
  • Enjoy a 3-day work week (perfect for balance or flexibility)
  • Opportunity to step into a full-time role within 12 months
  • Clear pathway into EA/PA or HR career progression
  • Join a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work — think monthly socials, team events & birthday celebrations
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the go-to person in the office — managing day-to-day operations
  • Support the CEO with meeting coordination, presentations & admin
  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, and overall workspace experience
  • Coordinate team events, celebrations & internal culture initiatives
  • Provide HR support, including onboarding and documentation
  • Assist with immigration processes & visa coordination
  • Manage vendors, deliveries, and office logistics
  • Support with basic finance admin and expense coordination
Who You Are
  • Experienced in Office Management or Senior Administration
  • Highly organised, proactive, and forward-thinking
  • A natural people person who fits seamlessly into team culture
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Someone who takes ownership and pride in their workspace
