This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on Operations Coordinator role where you’ll play a key part in day-to-day business operations, while contributing to a large-scale growth and transformation journey.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting core operational functions while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and site teams to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality customer experience across all locations.

They operate across multiple locations with new locations launching in Albion Park (April 2026) and Baulkham Hills (mid-2026). They are built to deliver high-performance environments backed by strong systems, elite coaching, and a powerful community.

The Role:
This is a hands-on Operations Coordinator role supporting a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You will be responsible for:
  • Providing general administrative support across multiple gym locations.
  • Assisting with accounts processes, including invoicing.
  • Managing contracts and bookings.
  • Supporting marketing coordination and campaigns.
  • Contributing to a business-wide rebrand and gym refit.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
 
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar operations, admin, or coordination role.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to pick up new information quickly.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A team player with a customer-first approach.
  • Someone motivated to grow and develop within a scaling business.
