You’ll take the wheel on a single, flagship retail/e‑commerce account with 50,000+ products and a $6.5m FY budget. This isn’t a “present slides, hand it off” gig. You’ll be in the tools daily, shaping strategy, building and optimising campaigns, steering spend to ROI/ROAS targets, and sitting close enough to decision-makers to move fast.
Search is the heartbeat and social is a welcome bonus. If you get energy from turning messy data into clean wins, this will feel like home.

The setup is hybrid (four days in office, one remote) with real-life flexibility for juggling modern life (think school drop offs, appointments etc).
They are ideally looking to pay up to $120K + super for the right person.
What success looks like in month 1–6: you’ve mapped the account, tightened structure and feeds, dialled in bidding and budgets, launched a sharp test plan across search/social, and built trust with stakeholders through crisp, commercial communication. You know the levers, and you’re pulling them with confidence.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have roughly 3–5 years hands-on in search (must) and paid social (strongly preferred), ideally on retail/e‑comm.
- Can own a multi-million-dollar budget and stay calm when the pace spikes.
- Communicate simply, think commercially, and enjoy being accountable for results.
- Deep ownership of one major brand rather than juggling ten small ones.
- A blend of strategy and execution that keeps your craft sharp.
- Northern Beaches location, skip the CBD commute and work with a high-calibre local team.
