The Role

They're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to step into a senior, hands‑on role within a growing performance function.

You’ll sit just below senior leadership, working closely with Digital Directors, Account Managers and Performance Executives. This role is critical in ensuring performance delivery remains strong as the agency scales (particularly across high‑budget, high‑expectation client accounts).

The role blends strategy, optimisation and people leadership, making it ideal for someone ready to take more ownership and influence outcomes end‑to‑end.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading performance strategy and delivery across key client accounts
  • Managing and optimising large‑scale media budgets
  • Supporting and mentoring performance executives and junior team members

You’ll work across well‑known and high‑spend brands, primarily in sectors like travel, fintech and services, with exposure to both established multi‑million‑dollar accounts and new clients launching with significant annual budgets.

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong experience across performance marketing channels (e.g. Paid Search, Paid Social)
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise significant media budgets
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
